OPERATIONS TOURISM MANAGEMENT RESEARCH AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
This research group was formed by several lecturers from the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Jember who have the same study interests to develop operations management research in the field of tourism and community/society development to achieve sustainability. As tourism becomes increasingly important to people around the world, the need to develop tourism in a sustainable manner is also a major concern for maintaining and developing its value chain. Thus, developing a sustainable society becomes one of the core elements of sustainable tourism.

SHARIA BUSINESS AND MANAGEMENT STUDIES
The Research and Community Service Group (KeRis DiMas) focuses on developing knowledge in the field of sharia business and management studies, both theoretically and practically which can provide benefits to the community, government and other relevant stakeholders. KeRis DiMas will conduct research and community service at cooperative institutions, BUMDES, MSMEs engaged in the Agro-industrial sector, and housing developers in the Jember and/or Besuki Raya areas.
